Stanford Biodesign Digital Health Team awarded 2024 Stanford Center for Digital Health (CDH) Pilot Grant
"Doomscrolling" is a significant problem for young people because it exposes them to a continuous stream of negative and stressful information that leads to a variety of negative health outcomes and a potential decline in overall mental wellbeing.
We are thrilled to announce that our Stanford Biodesign Digital Health team has been awarded a 2024 Stanford Center for Digital Health (CDH) Pilot Grant to advance the research "Adolescent Health & Social Media: Measuring Outcomes of Digital Interventions".
Leveraging the one sec app and our Stanford Spezi framework, the team aims to design evidence-based digital health solutions that foster healthier relations between young people and technology. The research will be conducted by our multidisciplinary team, including Paul Schmiedmayer, Emily Fox, Aydin Zahedivash, Vishnu Ravi, and Oliver Aalami.
Congrats team!
